Day 16 – Destroy Erase Improve.

19:28 December 1st, 2016. Withdrawal symptoms are still present in the form of feeling absent-minded and unable to perform complex problem solving or troubleshooting tasks. Considering that the work that I do is 99% mental and 1% physical, you can imagine how this withdrawal process is affecting it.

From a physical standpoint I have been able to maintain a regular exercise schedule. That along with trying to get solid sleep every night, taking vitamins, and sticking with a healthy diet have all contributed to giving my body the energy that it needs to persevere against the effects of Adderall withdrawal.

Moving on, currently in week 3 and looking forward to completing it.
